Shine Jewelry currently ships to Canada and the United States, for a fee.
How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping fee depends on multiple variables, such as the weight of your order, your desired delivery timeframe, and your delivery location. Shine Jewelry does not currently offer free shipping.
I live in Calgary. Can I pick up my order instead of paying to have it delivered?
Yes, if you would prefer to pick up your order (Calgary only), you can enter SE0GXKYGK8S9 at checkout to unlock 'free shipping.' This action will flag your order to us and we will reach out to you shortly thereafter to arrange a pickup.
Failure to set a pick up date and time with us within 5 business days will result in your order being cancelled.
Does Shine ever offer local, free delivery within Calgary?
Shine Jewelry only offers free hand-delivery in the following instances: if you are an employee of Critical Mass Calgary (in-office), if you are a student at Calgary Academy, or are a close friends or family of a Shine employee, within reason.
If you fit into one of these groups, please contact us at shinejewelry.ca@gmail.com to inquire about your eligibility. We reserve the right to deny hand-delivery requests.
Where does Shine source its beads and findings?
Shine Jewelry sources its beads and findings from various vendors, including franchised craft stores and independent, local bead shops. Shine also seeks opportunities to reuse pre-owned beads and findings.

Is there an in-person retail location for Shine Jewelry?
Shine Jewelry does not currently have an in-person retail location. Shine Studio, our in-home production location, is available upon request to family and friends.

Can I donate old materials to Shine to reuse?
Yes. Our Donation Program grants you 15% off your next order in exchange for the donation of useable jewelry or jewelry materials. Visit the donatepage to learn how.
If my jewelry breaks, can Shine repair it?
Yes. In most cases, your jewelry can be repaired or replaced for free or for a minimal charge, depending on your eligibility. Visit the repair clinic page to learn more.
